Question: Why should we care about soft skills?

Short Answer: Both hard and soft skills are equally important.

Additional comments from WordsMaya

While both hard and soft skills are equally important, the discussion about why soft skills are listed as the highest priority in training is because of the skill gap. Hard skills are usually more easily available than soft skills.
