The Blog

Our student Supraja penned down her feelings on the occasion of Teachers’ Day and this is what it looks like :-

All of us would have heard the saying “Teacher is the second mother and mother is the second teacher”. Teachers are place in the place of mother because they always show us the right way. Sometimes, your teacher knows more of your secrets than your mother and still keeps them. Teachers are inspirational and selfless.

Today, birthday of Dr. Radhakrishnan has been celebrated as teacher’s day. A teacher is the only person who celebrates when you rise beyond him/her. A teacher is lot more than someone who teaches.

I do remember my nursery teacher who taught me to write cursive writing. Without her my handwriting would have not been good. And my primary school teachers who taught me the basics which play an important role in my field now. I want to go back to my school life because of my higher secondary teachers who taught me what life is. I would like to thank all of them. And now, my English teacher who is teaching me how to communicate which plays a vital role in my life.

I feel teachers are like back bone of society. They play a great role in building up the characters and shape them to become an ideal citizens of our country. I would like to thank all the teachers who taught me what life is. Teacher’s day is like an occasion and opportunity to pay tribute to their teachers for their selfless and precious efforts. Dear teachers, we are really grateful to all of you. I would like to dedicate this essay to my English teacher Neelam ma’am.

Thank You!
